Combine 1/4 cup of warm water with 1/2 tsp of yeast.
Let dissolve. Combine 1 cup of flour with 1/2 tsp of salt in mixer with dough attachment. Slowly add yeast mixture and additional tablespoons of warm water until a dough ball forms.
Put in a greased bowl after being rolled in flour. Let rise covered for 1 hour
Spread dough over a greased baking tray that has been sprinkled with corn meal.
Toppings:
Brush the top of entire pizza with olive oil. Evenly spread a layer of minced garlic over the pizza leaving a crust area.
Top with 1/2 cup each of mozzarella, parmesan and blue cheese
Top with pepper and crushed red peppers to taste and Kalamata olives
Finally add about a 1/2 cup of arugula
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown.
